At Bezalel Studios, we want you to be pleased with your purchase. The gifts offered through our Gift Shop are guaranteed to be of the highest quality and to meet your satisfaction. Much of our business comes through referrals from satisfied customers, and we want you to be happy with your purchase.

Gift Shop Purchases (Cold Cast Replicas & Posters)

We will gladly refund the purchase price of your order, less shipping costs, if the item(s) ordered are returned to us within 15 days of receipt. Returns must be pre-authorized by calling us at (800) 418-4977 and must be returned pre-paid by the customer and insured for the amount of purchase. Upon receipt of your return, we will gladly credit you in the same manner used to originally pay for the merchandise.

In the event our stock becomes depleted or cannot ship in the pre-established timeframe, we reserve the right to process a refund to a customer if no other accommodation can be agreed to.
